Delicious slices of cured salted sheep / mutton (fårekjøtt). Excellent together with Norwegian Sour Cream porridge (Rømmegrøt).


To 100 g of finished product is used 145 g trimmed mutton, salt (with preservative E250), antioxidant E301.
