Gluten Free wholemeal flour mixture is a gluten-free flour for coarse baking such as bread, scones or rolls.

Corn starch, wheat starch (gluten-free max. 20 ppm gluten), buckwheat flour, rice flour, grape sugar, beet fiber, sugar beet fiber, potato fiber, sesame seeds, rice starch, fiber husk, salt, stabilizer (e464), rapeseed oil, dye (ammonized caramel).
